Kimberly made a presentation on the work appraisal system that the Great Huts iLEAD team worked to implement during the 2015 Jamaica Expedition. Kimberly discussed in depth about the obstacles they had to overcome while working in Jamaica, as well as demonstrating the benefits of applicable out of classroom learning.
